Hi! I'm Kara, Chief Creative Entrepreneur here at Kara's Vineyard Wedding, or "KVW" for short.
KVW has decorated & delivered gifts for over 15,000 events around the world, and I can promise you that I've treated each and every celebration as though it were my own.
One of my BIGGEST thrills? Finding the monthly delivery of 12,000 wine corks on my porch (which also freaks my husband out every.single.time, LOL ;)
Wine is a primary theme in my designs for lots of reasons:
* I LOVE wine (that's a given, right?)
* Cork products are sustainable, recyclable, lightweight yet durable material to work with.
* Vineyard & winery weddings capture so much romance and elegance, and serve as inspiration for many of my designs. Plus, working with wineries = FUN!
I started KVW in 2011 as a fun little side hustle to pay for "splurgy" stuff like pedicures & brunch (true story), and fell in love with the e-commerce world IMMEDIATELY!
Growing KVW became a top priority, and I took the leap to "quit my day job" in 2013 to be a full time entrepreneur.
I have one wonderful husband, and two beautiful children, Stella (10) & John (8). We live in sunny San Diego, CA and LOVE yoga, running, podcasts, camping, and traveling.
I work alone, and manage ALL aspects of my business - product design & completion, supply management, marketing, web design, social media, shipping, everything!

Q. How long will it take to make & ship my order?
A. Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days via First Class Mail
Q. Oooo, we need it sooner - is that possible?
A. Yes. Select the PRIORITY MAIL shipping upgrade at checkout, and we'll process your order ASAP and send via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail.
Q. Do you send samples?
A. Yes, happy to send a sample! You can check out with a quantity of 1 of any of our products to see a sample in person before placing a larger order. ($5 First Class shipping fee will apply.)
Q. What is your return policy?
A. All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our designs, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please consider ordering a sample to see in person prior to placing a larger order.
Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. We ship to the US and Canada. To keep communications, expected transit times and shipping costs streamlined & unified, sadly we do not ship outside the US and Canada.
