Q. How long will it take to make & ship my order?

A. Standard orders ship next-business day via 3-5 day USPS First Class Mail.

Q. We need it sooner - is that possible?

A. Yes. Select the PRIORITY MAIL shipping upgrade at checkout, and we'll process your order next-day and send via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. 

Q. Do you send samples?

A. Yes, happy to send a sample!  You can check out with a quantity of 1 of any of our products to see a sample in person before placing a larger order.  ($5 First Class shipping fee will apply.)

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All sales are final.  Due to the custom nature of our designs, returns or exchanges are not accepted.  Please consider ordering a sample to see in person prior to placing a larger order.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

A. To keep communications, expected transit times and shipping costs streamlined & unified, sadly we do not ship outside the US.
